Order Processing & Delivery Time

At SpaDerma, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 3-4 business days from order completion.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Order subtotals $150 or more receive free shipping and order subtotals under $150 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed for shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 1-2 business days, as shipping carriers may experience delays. If you have not received your package after this period, contact our support team at 773-529-5277.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
