Tirzepatide/Semaglutide memberships automatically renew every month. Members can cancel their membership by providing written notice to SpaDerma/Laser and Vein Aesthetics prior to the prescription of each 3-month refill. Receiving a refill signifies a commitment to another 3 months of membership dues. Refills of prescriptions will not be submitted if membership has been set to cancel.
