You must be a resident of Illinois. You should have a BMI of 27 or higher with a related condition (such as diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidemia), or a BMI of 30 or more, without the need for additional conditions. You should have attempted weight loss through diet and exercise without success, and be motivated to make lifestyle changes, including diet and exercise, to support your goals. Pregnant individuals or those planning pregnancy are not eligible.
Memberships automatically renew every month. Members can cancel their membership by providing written notice to SpaDerma/Laser and Vein Aesthetics prior to the prescription of each 3-month refill. Receiving a refill signifies a commitment to another 3 months of membership dues. Refills of prescriptions will not be submitted if membership has been set to cancel.
Weight maintenance after stopping GLP-1 treatments depends on factors like diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits. While these medications help regulate appetite and metabolism, long-term success requires ongoing commitment to healthy eating and physical activity. Without these habits, weight regain is possible. Our program offers the support and tools needed to help you sustain your progress, even after completing treatment.

The size of the needles are very small that oftentimes you won't even feel a pinch! We provide detailed videos and guides to help walk you through the process.
You may be subject to a $100 early refill fee. Our providers send you enough medication to last 3 months so if you are following dosing instructions you should have enough to last. You should not adjust dosing without consulting one of our medical professionals.
Because of the nature of the mediation we don't send refills without you checking in with us.
