Dr. Yunez completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of
Illinois College of Medicine Hospital network. He later completed a sub-specialty
in Phlebology (Diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and venous disease),
pioneering the Closure Procedure in the Midwest in 1999 and the Endovenous
Laser Treatment in 2001 More recently he has become certified in Anti-Aging
Medicine including Bio-identical Hormone Replacement and Peptide Therapy.

As Clinical Director, Anna Grancher leads a talented team of aesthetic providers while also seeing patients multiple days a week at our North Shore and West Loop offices. With a commitment to excellence, she provides medical education and ongoing training to estheticians, injectors, telehealth providers, and support staff, ensuring that her team is well-versed in the latest practices, products, and techniques.

Anna thrives on the dynamic nature of the aesthetic industry, finding joy in combining training and patient care to help individuals feel their best. She values integrity, authenticity, and transparency in her interactions, fostering these principles within her team to create a welcoming environment for patients navigating the often overwhelming world of aesthetic medicine.

Outside of her professional commitments, Anna is a dedicated mom to two young children and enjoys spending her free time with family. She also loves exploring Chicago’s fine dining scene, cheering for her favorite sports teams, and immersing herself in the theater, from opera to Broadway musicals. Her passion for both her work and personal life makes her a relatable and approachable leader in the field.

Amanda Enno is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience, including 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She began her career at the University of Chicago, working full-time as a pediatric oncology, bone marrow transplant, and general pediatrics nurse while completing her Nurse Practitioner degree. After graduation, Amanda served as a pediatric primary care Nurse Practitioner for six years before embarking on her aesthetic journey.

Now specializing in cosmetic injectables, Amanda has been injecting full-time for nearly three years, focusing on neuromodulators, biostimulators, and dermal fillers. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients, providing a welcoming atmosphere where they can feel confident and beautiful during challenging times. Amanda believes in the long-lasting impact that aesthetic treatments can have, and she is committed to educating her clients while helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys traveling with her husband, spending quality time with her cat Ralphie, and indulging in coffee, new restaurants, and shopping. She also loves to stay active, often working out at Pure Barre, making the most of her well-rounded lifestyle.

Ashley Heinz is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in the medical field, initially specializing in cardiac nursing. In 2021, she pursued her passion for aesthetic medicine, returning to school to earn her master’s degree and enhancing her skills with aesthetics classes. Since joining SpaDerma over a year ago, Ashley has combined her clinical expertise with her artistic vision to deliver exceptional results.

As an aesthetic injector, she specializes in neurotoxins like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, as well as dermal fillers, PRP, and biostimulators. Ashley has a keen eye for facial balance and symmetry, always prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations. Her commitment to helping others feel confident and beautiful drives her passion for aesthetic medicine.

Dagmara holds her board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a Loyola University Chicago Alumni with dual bachelor degrees in Psychology and Nursing. She received her masters degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2019. She then continued her practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Dagmara worked in a variety of specialties as an RN. Her background ranges in emergency medicine and perioperative services. Her passion for aesthetic procedures grew while working alongside plastic surgeons assisting in plastic and facial reconstructive surgeries at Rush University Medical Center. She thrives in making her patients feel confident through natural aesthetic procedures and helping her patients age gracefully. Dagmara was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States as a little girl. She is fluent in the Polish language and continues to embrace her culture. Dagmara also functions as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University teaching the new generation of nursing students. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and continuing her education in the newest aesthetic techniques.

Nico graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health with an emphasis in Health Administration and Policy. He began his medical career as an EMT in the ER and continued his education in a nursing program at Milwaukee School of Engineering. Nico’s established passion for emergency medicine and critical care led to his role as an emergency room RN. After many successful years in this position, Nico was inspired to pursue the next step in his career, advancing his education to aesthetic nursing--a field that allows him to tap into his artistic side while using his clinical judgement and experience. With this combined passion, Nico puts an emphasis on patient safety while producing an individualized and beautiful final result. Nico’s contagious positivity helps him build long-lasting relationships with his patients which wasn't feasible in the emergency setting he started out in. 

Ewelina has been in the skin industry for 4 and a half years. She always had an interest in the beauty industry especially medical esthetics. She always knew she wanted to make people feel confident in their skin and she fell in love with the feeling it gave to know she had a role in improving someone’s skin. She loves the preventative approach and she believes less is more. Her favorite treatments are chemical peels and Microneedling.

Kaitlyn McKinnon is a dedicated Aesthetician and a graduate of Pivot Point International Academy and Estelle Skincare and Spa Institute. With over eight years of experience in skincare and laser technologies, she has gained valuable exposure in both medical spa practices and physicians' offices. Kaitlyn is committed to advancing her education and skill set, continually enrolling in advanced courses to stay at the forefront of her field.

Her mission is to help patients achieve their desired skin through tailored procedures, effective products, and thorough education. Kaitlyn finds great satisfaction in receiving compliments from patients who are happy with their skin and the services she provides. She believes that educating clients about products and procedures is essential, empowering them to make informed choices that work for their unique needs.

Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn cares for her two beloved cats and enjoys exploring the city for new coffee spots and boutiques. She is also passionate about hiking, skiing, and boating, always seeking new adventures while continuing her education.

Krystal Gonzalez is a licensed Aesthetician with 14 years of experience in the field. A graduate of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2010, she has also served as an educator for licensed estheticians and undergraduate students, sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for skincare.

At her practice, Krystal offers a wide range of services, including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing, and IPL/BBL treatments. She thrives on the diversity of her daily work, finding joy in guiding each client through their unique skincare journey with personalized education and product recommendations. The most rewarding aspect of her role is witnessing the smiles of her patients as they achieve their goals.

With a strong focus on kindness, empathy, and compassion, Krystal believes that building trust is essential to effective patient care. She is committed to staying informed about the latest technologies and advancements in the industry, ensuring she can provide the best results possible.

Outside of her professional life, Krystal cherishes time with her family, including her son and two dogs. She finds peace in nature through hiking, biking, and long walks, especially during the cool fall months. A passionate musician, Krystal enjoys singing and songwriting, often expressing herself through music—so don’t be surprised if you catch her humming a tune!

Lexi Ruffolo is a dedicated Medical Aesthetician specializing in comprehensive skin analysis, at-home product management, and advanced in-office skincare treatments. With expertise in chemical peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing, and laser hair removal, Lexi is passionate about helping clients achieve confidence in their skin.

Known for her commitment to going the extra mile, Lexi works closely with each client to create personalized treatment plans that meet their unique goals. Outside of her aesthetic practice, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as immersing herself in music and live shows.

Louisa has always had a passion for helping people, and with a strong love for skincare, she found her calling in life. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, and as a new member of the SpaDerma family, she continues to put her all into each and every one of her patients’ concerns. Ever since she was young, she wanted to give back and feels being an Aesthetician is an extremely rewarding profession. Being able to transform not only someone’s skin, but also their confidence gives her the ability to ultimately change lives. She favors more advanced treatments such as Clear + Brilliant, Microneedling and Chemical Peels that deliver more corrective results. 

Meghan grew up in a south suburb of Chicago and graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business. She then attended the Aveda Institute in Chicago and has been a licensed aesthetician since 2015 and with SpaDerma since 2018. She uses her expertise to cater to her patient’s individual needs to make a treatment plan and skincare routine that’s right for them. Some of Meghan’s favorite treatments are Chemical Peels, Clear and Brilliant, and Microneedling. 

Michelle Holmes is an accomplished Aesthetician and Laser & Light Specialist with over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She began her journey at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture and has specialized in laser and light therapy as well as advanced skin rejuvenation treatments since 2008. After several years of working alongside surgeons in cosmetic enhancement, Michelle joined the SpaDerma family in 2018.

At SpaDerma, Michelle offers a wide range of services, including microneedling, chemical peels, laser vein therapy, and laser resurfacing, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to her patients. She is particularly attuned to the needs of melanated clients, offering expertise in addressing common concerns such as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and oil balance, as she has navigated similar challenges herself.

With a tailored approach to skincare, Michelle takes great pride in educating her patients and consistently exceeding their expectations. She remains dedicated to advancing her knowledge of the latest technologies and techniques in the skincare industry to ensure optimal results for all her clients. Michelle also enjoys guiding patients in developing customized at-home regimens for long-term benefits.

Nadya is a Chicago native who graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. Shortly after graduating, she dabbled in the real estate industry, but soon came to the realization that she could turn her love for skincare into a life-long career. As a teen, Nadya struggled with acne which followed into her adulthood. This fueled her desire to learn more about skincare to not only help herself, but to also help others with their skin concerns. In 2020, she attended Universal Spa Training Academy, and went through extensive training at True U Education where she received her Medical Esthetic and Laser Certification. Nadya is results driven, and her passion for skincare and medical services is no different - she aims to ensure her patients leave every session glowing and radiating confidence. Her love for medical esthetics and warm demeanor has brought her to SpaDerma where she is excited to begin her career, but more importantly, is eager to meet you! 

Nikki Nicholson is a seasoned aesthetician with over a decade of experience in the skincare industry. Six years ago, she embarked on a journey into medical aesthetics, gaining invaluable training under the guidance of renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Dayan.

As a dedicated member of the SpaDerma team Nikki specializes in creating personalized treatment plans for clients of all ages and skin types. Her expertise extends to addressing a variety of skin concerns, including aging, pigmentation, and acne, with the goal of restoring a healthy, youthful glow.

Beyond her technical skills, Nikki is passionate about helping clients boost their self-confidence through effective skincare treatments and a touch of therapeutic conversation. She enjoys building lasting relationships with their patients and providing a safe, confidential space for their concerns.

Driven by her love for their profession, Nikki is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and maintaining a positive, motivating work environment. When not tending to clients, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in activities like Pilates to maintain her own well-being.

Stephanie Scheper is a skilled Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She began her journey with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Columbia College and worked as a freelance makeup artist, which ignited her passion for aesthetics. Stephanie honed her expertise while working alongside one of Chicago’s top plastic surgeons, mastering advanced modalities such as NG Yag, Diodes, Broadband Light, IPL, and Radio Frequency.

Since joining SpaDerma in 2018, Stephanie has remained dedicated to staying updated on the latest treatments and technologies. She prides herself on providing the highest quality care to ensure optimal results for her patients. Her favorite treatments include microneedling and chemical peels, and she draws from her personal experiences with acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging to guide her clients effectively.

Stephanie conducts thorough consultations to evaluate skin conditions and create customized treatment plans, always prioritizing education and transparency. She finds fulfillment in transforming her clients' skin and cherishes the long-term relationships she builds, supporting them through milestones from new jobs to weddings and pregnancies.

A perfectionist at heart, Stephanie is honest and upfront with her clients, only recommending products she has tried herself. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, working out, and spending quality time with her son, Sammy, and her beloved fur babies.

Syreeta is a Chicago native who lived in NY for over a decade, but found her way back to Chicago and into Medical Aesthetics through her passion to connect with people. Helping them understand their skin, achieving skin care goals through education of quality ingredients, and approachable at-home treatment plans is her top priority. Her esthetics career began at G Skin and Beauty Oakbrook, and there her desire to help patients of all skin tones and types grew stronger. She is an overall wellness advocate for her patients and is committed to helping them to thrive through their skin and beyond.

Toni Polino is a dedicated medical aesthetician and laser specialist with a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Since 2019, she has honed her skills at Universal Spa Training Academy and True U Education, specializing in laser and light therapy. With experience at two advanced medical spas prior to joining SpaDerma, Toni has expertly performed a range of treatments, including IPL, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and HydraFacial.

Currently, Toni focuses on combination therapy treatments, offering personalized advice on medical-grade skincare products and services. She creates customized skincare regimens and treatment plans that are both corrective and restorative, ensuring that her clients feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. Her attentive approach allows her to listen closely to each client’s concerns and goals, guiding them toward their desired results.

Outside of her professional life, Toni enjoys playing pickleball, exploring farmers markets, running, and baking. On weekends, she loves indulging in fancy drinks and delicious food, and she always makes time to unwind with her cat and practice self-care. Toni's blend of expertise, passion, and personal touch makes her a trusted partner in achieving beautiful skin.

Victoria started her career at the Aveda Institute of Tucson in 2012. She knew right away medical aesthetics was her goal. Victoria is committed to educating her patients on how to reach and maintain their own skincare goals. She loves the relationships she’s formed with her patients and the excitement that comes with every treatment!
