Dr. Yunez completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of
Illinois College of Medicine Hospital network. He later completed a sub-specialty
in Phlebology (Diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and venous disease),
pioneering the Closure Procedure in the Midwest in 1999 and the Endovenous
Laser Treatment in 2001 More recently he has become certified in Anti-Aging
Medicine including Bio-identical Hormone Replacement and Peptide Therapy.

As Clinical Director, Anna Grancher leads a talented team of aesthetic providers while also seeing patients multiple days a week at our North Shore and West Loop offices. With a commitment to excellence, she provides medical education and ongoing training to estheticians, injectors, telehealth providers, and support staff, ensuring that her team is well-versed in the latest practices, products, and techniques.

Anna thrives on the dynamic nature of the aesthetic industry, finding joy in combining training and patient care to help individuals feel their best. She values integrity, authenticity, and transparency in her interactions, fostering these principles within her team to create a welcoming environment for patients navigating the often overwhelming world of aesthetic medicine.

Outside of her professional commitments, Anna is a dedicated mom to two young children and enjoys spending her free time with family. She also loves exploring Chicago’s fine dining scene, cheering for her favorite sports teams, and immersing herself in the theater, from opera to Broadway musicals. Her passion for both her work and personal life makes her a relatable and approachable leader in the field.

Vanesa is an aesthetic nurse based out of Chicago, IL. She earned her Bachelor's in Science of Nursing at Dominican University and is striving to become a nurse practitioner. Vanesa was drawn to this field because it allows her to work closely with patients and build relationships based on trust and communication. She loves the hands-on nature of the job and uses her artistic abilities to create beautiful results. Her passion is fueled by helping them feel more comfortable in their skin. She is dedicated to her clients and ongoing education to excel in this field and provide optimal patient care.

Yasmin Fayaz is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Florida International University, followed by a decade of diverse experience in various nursing roles, including inpatient Telemetry Nursing, Medical-Surgical, Trauma IMCU, and Travel Nursing. After obtaining her Master’s Degree, Yasmin transitioned into the world of aesthetic medicine.

As a skilled injector, Yasmin specializes in neuromodulators, HA fillers, biostimulators, Kybella, and PRP. She is passionate about helping her clients feel more confident in their appearance, taking pride in the positive impact her work has on their self-esteem. Yasmin excels in her role by truly listening to her clients’ desires and maintaining open, honest communication throughout the consultation process.

Outside of her professional life, Yasmin enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, playing pickleball, and sketching, embracing her creative side and seeking new adventures.

Analyse Winans is the Lead Aesthetician at SpaDerma Wicker Park, where she proudly wears her role as a badge of honor. Starting her career at SpaDerma in Lincoln Park, she has found her true passion in helping clients achieve their skincare goals. With a commitment to strong leadership, Analyse strives to support her team and foster a positive environment within the company.

Outside of her professional life, Analyse enjoys activities that keep her grounded, including bike rides along the lakefront, long walks with her dog, Blaze, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Evette Sance is a passionate Aesthetician and Laser + Light Specialist with five years of diverse experience in the skincare industry. She began her career in a day spa, where she focused on relaxing facials, peels, and extractions, before moving to a medspa that specialized in hydra facials, laser hair removal, and body treatments like Emsculpt and TruSculpt.

In her current role, Evette enjoys a dynamic workday that includes basic skincare facials, dermaplaning, and advanced treatments such as Moxi, peels, microneedling, and Vivace. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients, helping them curate personalized skincare routines and treatment plans to achieve their skin goals.

Evette appreciates the versatility of skincare, believing that it is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Her personal experience with acne has fueled her passion for understanding effective products and treatments, allowing her to empower her clients on their own skincare journeys. She strives to listen attentively to each client's needs, considering their individual budgets and goals to create flexible yet realistic plans.

Outside of her professional life, Evette loves watching reality TV, shopping, and spending time with her nephews. Exploring new food spots in Chicago is a delightful way for her to discover different neighborhoods and enjoy culinary adventures.

Kat is a board certified esthetician and certified laser technician of nearly a decade. She likes to focus on an aggressive, result driven treatment, while simultaneously providing a relaxing and comforting experience. She has worked as a trainer to many estheticians in the city of Chicago over the years, and has led many to success. She has extensive experience and knowledge with many advanced esthetic treatments and devices, and is always staying on top of continuing her education in the field. She believes that proper education, regular professional treatments, a solid home regimen, and good internal health are all key for beautiful glowing skin. Kat's favorite treatments are all things laser/light and chemical peels. She can't wait to meet you and enhance your beauty!

Morgan has been a Licensed Aesthetician for 3 years and counting! Previous to joining the SpaDerma Team, she worked alongside a Hair Specialist as their Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Morgan went to Triccoci University where she received her Aesthetics license in 2019. She then continued her education at the National Laser Institute where she received her Laser Technician License. She continues to grow her education as new technology and treatments develop. She is a result driven Aesthetician striving to make every patient feel like their best self. Morgan's favorite treatments are Vi Peels, Skin Pen Microneedling, and HydraFacials!

Toni began her journey to skin health while studying English and literature at Spelman College, where she faced personal skin challenges like cystic acne, melasma, and uneven texture. The search for solutions not only cleared her skin but ignited a passion that transformed into her life’s purpose.

Toni became a certified medical esthetician and laser specialist, graduating from the Universal Spa Training Academy with a concentration in medical esthetics from True U Education in Chicago. Her deep empathy and genuine love for connecting with others are what set her apart in the world of skincare. Toni believes that every interaction, no matter how brief, is an opportunity to build a lasting, results-driven relationship based on compassion and trust.

Through ongoing self-care practices such as meditation, yoga, and nourishing a healthy vegetarian lifestyle, Toni stays centered and energized to give her best to each client. Her passion for skin health radiates in and out of the treatment room, as she is dedicated to helping people feel confident and cared for in their skin.
