Dr. Yunez completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of
Illinois College of Medicine Hospital network. He later completed a sub-specialty
in Phlebology (Diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and venous disease),
pioneering the Closure Procedure in the Midwest in 1999 and the Endovenous
Laser Treatment in 2001 More recently he has become certified in Anti-Aging
Medicine including Bio-identical Hormone Replacement and Peptide Therapy.

As Clinical Director, Anna Grancher leads a talented team of aesthetic providers while also seeing patients multiple days a week at our North Shore and West Loop offices. With a commitment to excellence, she provides medical education and ongoing training to estheticians, injectors, telehealth providers, and support staff, ensuring that her team is well-versed in the latest practices, products, and techniques.

Anna thrives on the dynamic nature of the aesthetic industry, finding joy in combining training and patient care to help individuals feel their best. She values integrity, authenticity, and transparency in her interactions, fostering these principles within her team to create a welcoming environment for patients navigating the often overwhelming world of aesthetic medicine.

Outside of her professional commitments, Anna is a dedicated mom to two young children and enjoys spending her free time with family. She also loves exploring Chicago’s fine dining scene, cheering for her favorite sports teams, and immersing herself in the theater, from opera to Broadway musicals. Her passion for both her work and personal life makes her a relatable and approachable leader in the field.

Born in Virginia Beach, VA, Anne Parks is a Board Certified Physician Associate with a diverse background in emergency medicine and aesthetics. She began her PA career in a busy Emergency Department in Baltimore, MD, where she developed a passion for procedures, critical care, and patient advocacy. Her dedication to excellence earned her the title of PA of the Year from the American College of Emergency Physicians in 2018.

Relocating to Chicago in 2019, Anne shifted her focus to aesthetics, blending her medical expertise with her artistic sensibilities. As an aesthetic injector, she prioritizes building strong relationships with her patients, emphasizing high attention to detail, safety, and personalized treatment plans that yield natural, long-lasting results.

Anne is committed to staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetic field, regularly attending advanced training and lectures. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, visiting farmers markets on Saturday mornings, staying active with skiing and Pilates, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog, Lewis.

Ilse is a passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector with 5 years of injecting experience. In 2018, Ilse obtained her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Lewis University and is a board certified provider accredited by the ANCC. While her clinical background lies in medicine, Primary and Urgent Care, Ilse’s true passion for helping others feel more confident ultimately influenced her decision to become an injector and pursue medical aesthetics. Ilse specializes in treatment plans that enhance one’s natural beauty and create a more youthful appearance. Her favorite treatments to perform are lip augmentations as she loves seeing the look on her patient's face when she hands them the mirror. With a calm, caring and informative approach, Ilse’s main goal is to make her patients feel comfortable, beautiful and satisfied. When Ilse is not at SpaDerma she’s spending time with her family, enjoying her 3 little girls.

Ronie grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Purdue University. She then earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University. She immediately followed her passion for aesthetics after graduating and continues to receive the most advanced training in the industry. Ronie takes pride in her ability to tailer the aesthetic experience for each patient to optimize their results. In her free time, she loves going to Chicago Blackhawks games and other sporting events. She is also ver family oriented and enjoys boating on Lake Michigan with her father. 

Audrey is a Chicago native who found her passion in skincare while working as a beauty advisor in 2017. She was able to continue her passion in the aesthetics industry during the midst of the pandemic and attended Estelle Skin Care & Spa Institute. Always having a niche for helping others and struggling with Eczema, she became very interested in skin conditions and was eager to dive into the field of Medical Aesthetics! The most important thing when it comes to helping others love their skin is to offer a safe space and help every patient feel confident. 

Passionate about skincare, Carmen's journey began when she encountered her first Psoriasis flare-up in her early teens. Determined to find a solution and boost her self-confidence, she delved into the world of skincare. After spending over 6 years in the hospitality industry, Carmen yearned for a more fulfilling path and decided to pursue her passion professionally. Attending Aveda Institute, Carmen honed her skills and knowledge in skincare. Her ultimate joy comes from providing facials for her loved ones, fostering deep connections through personal care. Additionally, she gained expertise in lash services over two years, further expanding her repertoire. Fluent in Spanish, Carmen strives to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for clients of diverse backgrounds. With an unwavering commitment to helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, Carmen is dedicated to providing top-notch skincare experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Clare has been interested in all things beauty for as long as she can remember. She entered the esthetics world at the age of 19, graduating from G Skin and Beauty and continuing her education at Thrive Skin Institute for additional medical aesthetic training. She is passionate about educating herself and clients on home care and esthetic treatments that will make them feel like the best version of themselves. She believes in creating meaningful connections and the importance of investing in yourself. She likes to spend her free time trying new restaurants, thrifting, watching tv with her cat Iris, and visiting her grandparents.

Dan Marino is a dedicated aesthetician with 8 years of experience in the beauty industry. After starting their career in hospitality, he quickly discovered his passion for providing personalized skincare solutions in a medical setting.

With a focus on results-driven treatments, Dan has honed his skills at various MedSpas before joining SpaDerma. His expertise lies in advanced procedures like chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments, which help clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin.

Dan’s commitment to his clients extends beyond providing treatments. He enjoys building relationships with patients, listening to their concerns, and creating tailored skincare plans. His personal experiences with sun damage and acne allow him  to empathize with clients and offer compassionate, effective care.

Konnie’s passion for skincare began after stumbling upon a receptionist position at a day spa. After being immersed into the skincare industry, Konnie decided to pursue her aesthetician’s license and has been performing medical aesthetic treatments ever since. With so much misinformation floating around, Konnie's focus lies in educating her patients  on the true science behind medical-grace treatments and debunking common skincare fallacies. As a result-driven skincare specialist, Konnie’s favorite treatments include Microneedling and Clear & Brilliant. Whether it's a first time chemical peel or a sixth session of advanced laser treatment, Konnie is always excited to safely guide her patients through their individual skincare journeys.

Lynzee Glaser is a skilled Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career at Sephora, then transitioned to brand representation for various skincare and makeup lines at both Sephora and Ulta. When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the retail landscape, Lynzee pivoted to work as a cosmetic medical assistant at a private dermatology office, ultimately finding her passion in the medspa space.

Now, Lynzee is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their skincare goals through advanced treatments and clinically studied products. She values the connections she builds with her patients, often feeling like she’s hanging out with friends during appointments. There’s nothing more rewarding for her than witnessing the positive transformations in her patients’ skin.

Known for her knowledgeable yet laid-back demeanor, Lynzee strives to provide a "girlfriend experience" that resonates with those she serves. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and fiancé, embracing life’s joyful moments.

Samantha Gelman is a dedicated Aesthetician who began her career in 2015. She spent five years working under a board-certified dermatologist, where she gained invaluable experience before joining the SpaDerma team.

Samantha specializes in curating and providing safe, results-driven skincare treatments, along with customized at-home protocols to help clients achieve healthy skin. She values building strong relationships with her clients, guiding them as they work toward their skincare goals.

With years of customer service experience and extensive knowledge of ingredients and treatments, Samantha is committed to delivering exceptional care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel whenever she can.

Sarah specializes in a wide range of anti-aging skin rejuvenation treatments and aims to bring a multifaceted approach to all of her patients. She understands each individual is different and building a trusting patient/provider relationship is so important, especially on a skincare journey. She comes from a background of dermatology and cosmetic lasers where she focused on skin tightening, acne scarring, and overall skin health as well as educating patients on how to take care of their skin at home.

Sophia Hernandez is a seasoned Aesthetician with 10 years of experience in the skincare industry. She has honed her skills and knowledge while working as a medical assistant in two reputable dermatology offices. Sophia specializes in consulting with clients to create and perform tailored treatments and skincare regimens that help them achieve their goals.

Having faced her own skin challenges, Sophia deeply understands her clients' struggles, allowing her to connect with them on a personal level. She is passionate about empowering others to reach their skincare aspirations.

Outside of her professional life, Sophia cherishes family time with her husband and children, always looking forward to planning their next family vacation to explore new adventures together.
