SpaDerma requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a fee. Appointments that are no showed will also be charged the following:
- Appointment with an Injector: $100
- Appointment with an Aesthetician: $50
- Appointment with both: $150

Absolutely! All of our facials are safe for expecting or nursing mothers. Let your provider know if this applies to you by leaving a note in your appointment.

We typically book out weeks in advanced so don't accept walk ins.

We can treat minors aged 16 or older with parental consent. A parent must be present at the first appointment to sign the consent form. However, we do not treat minors with injectables, even with parental consent.

Our providers need enough time to properly turn over their rooms and not feel rushed when providing medical treatments. For this reason, we cannot treat anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes late for a 15-20 minute appointment or more than 10 minutes late for an appointment 30 minutes or longer.

Hydra+ Pass and Zap Pass: provide written notice that you'd like to cancel and your membership will be set to cancel 30 days later. You will be charged one more monthly fee but you can still use your membership during this time.Semaglutide/Tirzepatide: please provide written notice and contact us. Our memberships require a 3-month commitment, with charges applied for each shipment. If you have already paid for 3 months, we can cancel immediately. Otherwise, you will need to pay the remaining balance due.
