"Hi, I'm Anna! I'm the clinical director here at SpaDerma. Today we are talking about all things Gold Infusion. Gold Infusion is a micro-channeling mesotherapy device. At SpaDerma, we create a unique personalized concoction for you based on really what you're trying to achieve with your skin. With Golden Infusion, the main thing is we're stimulating collagen and we get to infuse personalized ingredients. Things like injectable antioxidants, great for skin discoloration and anti-aging. We also love to infuse hyaluronic acid, which is great for plumping up those fine lines and wrinkles. And we generally also use some neurotoxin like Botox or Dysport, which is really great for tightening those pores and giving your face just an overall, really beautiful glow."

So what exactly is the device being used?
Gold infusion is a micro-channeling mesotherapy device. It has about 28 tiny gold needles. The needles are used to create tiny channels in the skin. These channels let the ingredients directly into the dermis, or inner layer of skin. We then infuse your personalized serum into your skin. The whole procedure only takes about 15 minutes and it's virtually painless.
