How to prepare for Gold Infusion
Patients are advised to arrive at the spa with clean skin, clear of any makeup, SPF or serums. Discontinue all over the counter blood thinners, such as Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Motrin, and alcohol 24 hours before treatment. Avoid all major sun exposure 1 week before treatment and discontinue retinols 24-48 hours before treatment. Discontinue Accutane 6 months prior to receiving treatment and let your provider know if you have any current skin sensitivities.
What to expect during treatment
The most popular area we treat is the face, but this device can be used on the face, neck, chest/decolletage, hands, and more. A cocktail of ingredients is delivered into the dermal layer of skin via tiny hollow gold needles through microchannel technology in the Gold Infusion device.
