SpaDerma is Chicago's leading medical spa, providing Cosmetic Injectables, Laser Hair Removal, and Advanced Skincare with over 20 years of experience. Our team of nearly 130 employees includes skilled Aestheticians and Injectors who provide effective treatments using the most advanced technology available. We empower our team of professionals to foster enduring relationships with their patients through collaborative and detailed treatment plans. SpaDerma is currently looking to expand its Management team in Chicago at our West Loop location.

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Spa Manager to oversee operations, lead a team, meet sales goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and time management skills, with availability for nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, keen on driving sales performance across the team, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. They will mentor staff to uphold high service standards, optimize profitability, and create a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and employees. This position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. This position is starting at $25 an hour, however compensation is based on experience.

The requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic math.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Aesthetics license is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset when addressing patient or employee concerns.
